• Entering an incorrect User ID or a User ID with dashes. User ID should not contain dashes or spaces, or it is not the same as the one established at time of registration.
• Using an incorrect User ID, or one that is not the same as that given at the time of registration.
• If you were attempting to log in: entering an incorrect password... passwords are case-sensitive.
• You must download and read the manual...the manual has detailed information about registering for the online training, selecting your password, taking the training and printing your certificate.
