Celeste

Celeste presents with significant issues around Family Relationships and Family Environment related to domestic violence. Ratings on these domains are 6 - 8 and 5 - 8, respectively. Celeste reports that she thinks about killing her husband but has no current plan to do so. Risk of Danger to Others is present but low with ratings between 3 and 5.

Celeste is "sad and hopeless", wanting to stay in bed all day. She no longer enjoys activities she used to enjoy. Ratings on the Depression domain fall between 4 and 7. The vignette states that "although she admits to feeling very depressed, Celeste reports that she has not considered suicide." Security Management Needs are low to moderate with ratings between 2 and 5.

Celeste is anxious, tense, worrying about the future, and has disturbing dreams in which her husband pursues and hurts her. Ratings for the Anxiety domain fall between 4 and 6 while ratings on the Traumatic Stress domain fall between 3 and 6.

According to the vignette, Substance Use is not currently an issue, and no Socio-Legal issues are noted. Celeste is in good health. Concentration, attention and memory are unimpaired. She has friends who are supportive and concerned for her well-being.
